Who we are

What we offer

We provide independent readings of hospitality applications — including property management systems, booking engines and channel tools, outlet POS, guest-facing apps, pre-go-live assessments, and vendor-selection reviews. We do not sell software, do not process payments on this website, and do not provide legal opinions or certified compliance attestations.

Briefings and quotes

A briefing request submitted through this site is an enquiry, not a contract. We may decline work that requires implementation, 24-hour vendor support, or access we cannot obtain. Quotes are valid for 21 days unless the quote says otherwise. Informational fee ranges on service pages are not offers.

Engagement

Work starts only after you accept a written engagement note that names the property, the applications in scope, the on-site window, the fee, and the deposit. You will nominate a site contact who can grant desk and outlet access and who has authority to show live (non-production-copy) screens where that is required.

Your responsibilities

You remain responsible for vendor licences, guest privacy, and staff supervision. You must not ask us to bypass access controls, copy passport images off-property, or alter live rates without your written instruction. We may pause work if access is unsafe or if the nominated contact is unavailable for scheduled walkthroughs.

Our responsibilities

We perform the scoped reading with reasonable care, write findings in plain language, and run the workshop named in the engagement note. We do not guarantee that a vendor will accept a ticket, that a configuration change will be possible, or that an opening date will hold.

Intellectual property

You own the report delivered for your property. We own our method, templates, and unpublished notes. We will not publish your property’s name or identifiable findings without written permission.

Confidentiality

Both sides keep non-public operational detail confidential, except where disclosure is required by Malaysian law or by a regulator. We delete working copies of screenshots according to the engagement note after delivery.

Limitation

Our liability for an engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement, except where Malaysian law does not allow a limit. We are not liable for lost occupancy, channel penalties, or vendor delay.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Courts of Selangor have jurisdiction, without limiting any non-excludable rights you have as a consumer under Malaysian law.

Changes

We may update these terms for future engagements. The version attached to your engagement note is the version that applies to that work.
