Method

A sequence we can explain to a night auditor in one sitting.

The custom page for this practice is the method itself. We do not keep a public portfolio of named properties. We do keep a sequence that every engagement follows, whether the subject is a PMS, a POS, or a guest app.

01

Intake and system inventory

You send the applications in use, the interfaces you believe exist, and a week when rooms or F&B can spare us. We reply with a scoped list of paths we will watch and a quote. Nothing is sold from this page.

02

Floor walkthrough

We sit with the clerk, the outlet supervisor, or the reservations lead — not with a projector. Check-in, amendment, a disputed charge, a stop-sell, a room charge: the paths guests already take.

03

Control tests

Shared logins, voids after audit, profile access after checkout, offline POS, failed channel pulls. Each test is dated and named with the role that performed it.

04

Findings workshop

Rooms, finance, and (when relevant) F&B hear the same list. We separate configuration, training, and vendor tickets. The workshop is part of the engagement, not an upsell.

05

Written report

Screens, roles, operational consequence, and a suggested order of work. You own the document. We do not retain guest data from your property after the engagement closes.

Where this runs

On-site days are based from Kajang. Klang Valley properties are scheduled around occupancy. Island and East Malaysia work is booked in consecutive days. Remote reading is used only for configuration reviews that do not need a live desk.
